Unleash your energy in RUMBLE—a high-intensity boxing workout that blends bag work with HIIT, and weighted circuits to build strength. The lights will be turned down low & music turned up. You’ll power through rounds of punching combinations and full body strength training. This class will teach you strength training exercises with correct form that you can even take to the gym floor- feeling confident!. We’ll finish with a core & stretch burner. Perfect for all levels.
