YOGA x STRENGTH. This is no ordinary Yoga class, this is a weighted workout designed to sculpt, stretch, and energise. Keep your body moving, your breath flowing, and your muscles working. You will be taken on a flowed & seamless workout building full body strength, core stability & flexibility. This class offers modifications and challenges for all levels. Using weights during movements is optional, they will be used on and off throughout the class.
